Greg is an experienced entrepreneur and executive, with a successful history of business formation and capitalization, building and managing executive teams, and leading high growth companies. He excels at meeting new market demand through technical innovation and driving company growth by developing and marketing a business’s unique selling proposition. Greg’s previous companies include Quantum Labrotories, Syscor, Inc. and Asterion, Inc.
Brandon Gratias JD MBA
Brandon is a founder of GTS and serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He has been closely involved in the development of the technology and business model of GTS. His previous experience includes entrepreneurship, marketing, and general management. He has worked with several Seattle area startups, and Vulcan, Inc. Brandon currently works as a Senior Vendor Manager as part of Amazon.com’s Leadership Development Program.
Ryan Gratias BS Mechanical Engineering
Ryan is a founder of GTS and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He has been closely involved in the development of the company’s technology and business model. Ryan is experienced in heavy equipment design and engineering, and has contributed to the technical aspects of the project including thermodynamics, combustion, FEA, fluid dynamics, and materials. Ryan’s skill set includes project management, project engineering, and manufacturing in the United States and China.
Founding Member, Director
Joe is a founding member and board member of GTS. He has contributed to the project in the areas of industrial control and data acquisition systems. He is skilled in the design and implementation of hardware, electronics, PLC embedded systems, and software development. His previous experience includes Microsoft and he currently works at Nintendo.
VP of Business Development
Mike is an experienced executive team member, and the driving force of sales and marketing strategy development. His skill set includes policy and program development that results in exceptional market penetration and sales growth.
Founding Member, Director
Through his professional carrer Bruce has contributed to the aerospace industry and the banking industry. His focus has been on information services. He is committed to several non profit humanitarian organizations and has been an early supporter of Gratias Thermal Systems.
The company is developing a team of technical advisors intended to help it reach the next level of design.
